"Helped me fix the dryer myself"
Used partselect for a dryer part, but mostly needed the install help. Instructions were clear, and the little tips from other people ended up helping a lot. Took me longer than it probably should’ve, but got it done. Only giving 4 stars because one step really could’ve used a better picture. Still saved me from calling a repair guy, so happy with it.

"Ordered from partselect and it ended…"
Ordered from PartSelect and it ended up being the right one the first time, which was a relief. I just went by the model number and it matched up fine. No mix-up or weird wrong piece showing up, so that was good. It fit like it was supposed to, and everything worked out.

"Nice support, but the issue wasn’t fixed"
The tech support person I spoke with was polite and seemed like they were trying, which I do appreciate. But at the end of the day, my problem still wasn’t really solved. I think it’s only fair that if customers reach out for help, they should be given a clear fix or at least a real next step.

"Easy enough to track and arrived on time"
I ordered a part for my dryer and overall it was a easy experience. I got the email with the tracking number fairly quickly, and the tracking was easy to follow for the most part. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because the tracking didn’t update for about a day, so I was kind of wondering if it had actually shipped or not. But it still showed up when it said it would, so really, no big issue. I’d use them again

"Part was fine, but shipping felt pricey"
The part itself was totally fine and arrived without any issues, so no complaints there. It was just a small little piece, though, and the shipping cost really stood out to me. The delivery fee felt almost as much as the item, which was frustrating. I know shipping isn’t free, but for something this size, it seemed high. I’d probably compare prices on a few other sites before ordering again

"Solid part, dryer’s back up and running"
The part I ordered from PartSelect turned out to be good quality and fit my dryer just like it should. I was a little worried it might feel cheap or flimsy since I was ordering online, but nope, it was solid. Installation took me a bit, but that was more on me than the part. Dryer is working again and I haven’t had any issues so far. I’m giving it 4 stars because the price felt a little high, but the part itself was definitely good.

"Made Finding the Right Part Easy"
I usually put off fixing stuff because I’m convinced I’ll order the wrong thing, but this was actually super easy. I found my fridge model fast, and the right part showed up without any drama. way better than me guessing and hoping for the best.

"Found the dryer part I thought I’d never get"
I didn’t think I was going to find the right part for my old dryer, but PartSelect actually had the exact one. Most other places either didn’t show it at all or had it listed as out of stock, so I was kind of relieved when this one matched up perfectly after it arrived. It saved me from having to replace the whole dryer, which feels like a win, right? Happy with how it turned out.

"The part showed up cracked right in…"
The part showed up cracked right in the box, which was frustrating because I already had the washer taken apart. I sent over pictures and then had to wait a few days before hearing anything back. They did eventually replace it, so I’ll give them credit for that, but the whole thing took longer than it really should have. Weirdly, I remember there was one tiny piece of blue tape stuck to the inside of the box, which I kept noticing while I was waiting for a response. Not the worst experience ever, just annoying.

My part showed up packed really well, with no crushed corners or anything rattling around inside. I’ve had stuff arrive in the past where the box looked like it had been through a rough trip, so I was happy to see everything clean, secure, and protected when I opened it. Overall, really pleased with how it arrived...

"I’m really frustrated with how this was handled…"
I’m really frustrated with how this was handled. I kept getting passed from one person to another, and no one seemed willing to take ownership of my warranty claim. After all that back and forth, it still went nowhere. At some point, someone needs to be accountable and actually help resolve the issue instead of just sending customers in circles.
